# MCP: partner

## partner\_get\_balance

Read the owner's partner-programme balance: {withdrawable, reserved, currency}. Amounts are decimal strings in RUB. `withdrawable` is already net of `reserved`; `reserved` is money frozen by a payout hold in flight. Takes no arguments — the partner is derived from the connection.

## partner\_get\_invite\_links

Read the owner's existing partner invite links: personal + public, each with `payload` (`dl_{code}`) and canonical `telegram_url` through /r/l/{ref}/telegram. Takes no arguments — tenant and partner are derived from the connection.

## partner\_request\_payout

Request partner payout approval. Owner-only. Takes no arguments: tenant, owner, amount, payout identity and payout route are derived server-side after human approval. Returns {status:"pending\_approval", action\_id}; never paid/executed.
