List the tenant's bookings across every client, filtered by start time (\`from\` inclusive, \`to\` exclusive, ISO-8601), resource and status, oldest booking number first, with a bounded cursor. A booking whose time is not chosen yet has no start and falls outside any date range. 0-cost read.
