# booking\_prepare\_overbooking

Prepare a booking ON TOP of an hour another booking already holds — the operator's deliberate double booking. Returns the immutable prepared scenario naming who holds that hour (their \`booking\_seq\_num\`, \`user\_seq\_num\`, status) to show the human before calling booking\_execute\_overbooking. A free hour is refused — book it with booking\_create. Changes nothing by itself; clients booking themselves are still refused an occupied hour.
