# debug\_chain\_run

Debug one customer's message-chain runs, newest first (up to 10). Each run shows its chain, status, entry step, the current step with the moment it was entered, the step timer (\`timeoutMinutes\`, \`timeoutNextStepSeqNum\`, \`conditional\`), \`timer.dueAt\` — when the timeout is owed — \`timer.firesAt\` — the minute tick (its \`:00\` boundary) that moves the run on — and \`timer.reason\`: \`timer\_armed\` (fires at a later tick), \`fires\_on\_next\_tick\` (fires at the very next tick), \`timer\_overdue\` (already due; the next tick moves it), \`waiting\_offer\_delivery\` (a conditional timer starts when the offer card reaches the private chat), \`timer\_skipped\_by\_purchase\`, \`step\_has\_no\_timeout\`, \`timeout\_target\_missing\` (target step absent, deleted or switched off), \`run\_not\_active\`. It also lists the last transitions with their actor. A customer with no run in the asked chain gets \`noRun\`: \`no\_run\`, or \`step\_not\_entry\_point\` — a step that is not an entry point shows its card without a run, so no timer exists; start the funnel at an entry step or move the customer with move\_user\_in\_chain. \`user\_seq\_num\` is the customer's seqNum; \`chain\_seq\_num\` / \`step\_seq\_num\` narrow the read. 0-cost read.
