List all live catalog items (cursor-paginated; deleted excluded) with reach pair \`is\_active\`/\`is\_public\`: \`is\_active:false\` = off, sold by nothing; both true = in the showcase, offer freely; \`is\_public:false\` = link-only, never volunteer it. \`zone\` (ru/com) selects price presentation, default ru.
