configure_integration
Configure (upsert) a CRM connector for the tenant. Provide credentials — bitrix24 {type,webhookUrl} or getcourse {type,account,apiKey} — plus optional settings, subscribed_events, is_active. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never returned. Idempotent: reconfiguring reactivates a deleted connector. OWNER-ONLY (data-egress).
