#partner_get_balance

Read the owner's partner-programme balance: {withdrawable, reserved, currency}. Amounts are decimal strings in RUB. withdrawable is already net of reserved; reserved is money frozen by a payout hold in flight. Takes no arguments — the partner is derived from the connection.

#partner_request_payout

Request partner payout approval. Owner-only. Takes no arguments: tenant, owner, amount, payout identity and payout route are derived server-side after human approval. Returns {status:"pending_approval", action_id}; never paid/executed.
