read_forum_topic_messages

Read the conversation of an arbitrary operator forum topic, newest first: what the owner and the operators wrote there and what was sent with send_to_forum_topic. Each message carries its author (owner, operator or assistant — a send through this API), text or caption (attachments themselves are not returned), an edit flag (is_edited), the time (sent_at), and `message_id` for edit_forum_topic_message / delete_forum_topic_message. Pass `next_cursor` back as `cursor` for older messages; `next_cursor: null` means the start of the topic.
