manage_variant_combinations

Change the priced combinations of one product (catalog_id): action upsert or remove. A combination picks one option on every select:single axis (selected_options) and carries its own absolute prices per currency; the combinations not listed stay. At most 5 axes and 50 combinations, otherwise VARIANT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED. Read the current ones with list_variant_combinations and send its version as expected_version; combinations changed since then are refused with PRECONDITION_FAILED, and the answer carries the new version.
