Soft-delete a catalog item by seq_id: it leaves the showcase, storefront and listings and can no longer be bought; existing orders keep their own item snapshot. Repeating it returns deleted:true. Undo with publish_entity intent RESTORE. To only pause sales, patch `is_active:false` instead.
