Prepare an agreed individual price for the UNPAID order behind a booking (the operator's «изменить цену»). `amount` is a decimal string in the order's own currency. Returns the immutable prepared scenario — the current amount, the new amount and the currency — to show the human before calling booking_execute_price. Refused when the booking is already paid, free, or over. Changes nothing by itself.
