List the exact origins (`https://<host>`) that form destinations of kind webhook or external_api may be delivered to. A destination whose origin is not listed is refused when the form is declared and is never sent. Returns `{ origins, missingOrigins }`: `missingOrigins` are origins your declared forms send to that the list lacks — those submissions are not sent until you add the origin with `site_egress_origin_set`. 0-cost read.
