Read the nudge setting of one published, visible site page (`seq_num` from `site_list_pages`). A nudge is a timed follow-up: a person opened the page as a mini app and `delayMinutes` later has reached no goal. Returns `isEnabled`, `delayMinutes`, `stepSeq` (the funnel step sent first), `aiEnabled` and `aiPrompt` (the AI Manager task that follows the step), `goalLinkCodes` and `aiAvailable` (false: the plan has no AI Manager). A page with no setting reads as disabled defaults. The platform storefront pages (shop, events, booking) are not site pages and cannot carry a nudge. 0-cost read.
