Show the access rules on the published pages of one host (`host` from `site_list_pages`): each page with the `rules` whose masks reach it (the most specific mask decides) and its `blocks`, each block with its `rules`; `unmatched` are rules that close no published page of THIS host. That does not make a rule useless: rules act on every host of the business and on any file, so an unmatched rule may close a page of another host or files that are not pages (video, PDF). Do not remove a rule because it is unmatched; the verdict for the whole business is the `SITE_ACCESS_RULE_PATH_GONE` warning of `site_publish`.
