Read the nudge funnel of one site page (`seq_num` from `site_list_pages`) over [`from`, `to`), ISO-8601 instants; default the 30 days ending now. Returns `visits` (mini-app opens of the page), `cooldownVisits` (opens inside the 30-day cooldown), `waits` started, `pending`, `goalBeforeFire` (a goal reached before the timer: no nudge sent), `fired`, `goalAfterFire` (fired waits whose person reached a goal afterwards), `superseded` (replaced by a wait on another page, or cancelled because the nudge was turned off or the page hidden or unpublished), `failed` (the timer fired and the channel refused), and `stepOutcomes` / `aiOutcomes`: what the step and the AI did for waits whose timer fired (fired or failed; superseded excluded): sent, skipped_*, not_configured, failed. 0-cost read.
